NOTICE

 

Maricopa County is soliciting comment on a revision to the Substantial Amendment to the 2008 Annual Action Plan for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.  Comments will be accepted from September 9 - 22, 2009.

 

 

 

The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 appropriated Community Development Block Grant funds for emergency assistance for redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes and residential properties under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

 

Maricopa

County has received Funding Approval and Grant Agreement  for $9,974,267 in Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant funds.  MaricopaCounty is currently in the process of executing the Grant Agreement with HUD.
