Take Your Walk to the Desert - Spur Cross
Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area
November 9 Monday 9:00 am Take Your Walk to the Desert (easy) An innovative, fun, easy 1.5 hr walking experience for health, camaraderie, and the desert’s serenity. This is designed for people who want to begin trekking in the desert at an easy pace. Bring sturdy shoes, plenty of water, and a hat. Hearing Location: City of Mesa – Fire Station #201, Community Room (entrance is on west side of building), 360 E. 1st Street, Mesa, AZ 85201
Hearing Date: Monday November 9, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public for the proposed air quality permit. Comments should address whether the proposed permit meets the criteria for issuance in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §§§ 49-426, 49-427 and 49-480. Members of the public may comment in person through either oral statements to a court reporter or through written statements. Written comments shall state the name and mailing address of the person making comment and be signed by that person or authorized agent or attorney. In addition to providing oral or written comments at the hearing, any person may submit written comments to the department at its address above provided they are received no later than Friday November 13, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.

The permit application may be reviewed by contacting the Records Management Coordinator at (602) 506-6201 or at the department's address: 1001 North Central Avenue, Suite 400, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. Arrangements may be made to view the information every Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. There is a small fee for copying. Additional information on the proposed permit may be obtained by contacting Permit Engineer, Azar Lahouti, at (602) 372-3093.
