Seasonal Flu Immunizations (by CIGNA and WHI) - Available during flu season
Eligibility:
- Walgreens Flu Shots: Employees and their dependents enrolled in a County-sponsored medical plan
-Appointment required via online WHI appointment scheduler for worksite flu shot clinics (employees only); Employees and dependents may receive flu shots at Walgreens pharmacies on a first come, first served basis.
- CIGNA Flu Shots: Employees and their dependents enrolled in a County-sponsored CIGNA medical plan
-Employees and dependents may receive flu shots on a first come, first served basis at CIGNA Medical Group flu shot clinics. Call (480) 345-5355 or (602) 906-2750 for the schedule.
Pnuemonia Immunizations (by Walgreens) - Available during flu season
Eligibility:
- Employees and their dependents enrolled in a County-sponsored medical plan
-Appointment required via online WHI appointment scheduler for worksite flu & pneumonia shot clinics (employees only); Employees and dependents may receive pneumonia shots at Walgreens pharmacies on a first come, first served basis.
Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis) Immunizations (by CIGNA)
Eligibility:
- Employees enrolled in a county-sponsored CIGNA medical plan
-Appointment required for CIGNA worksite Tdap shot clinics (employees only) through Employee Wellness.
