NON-TOBACCO USER PREMIUM REDUCTION

For the benefit plan year starting July 1, 2013, Maricopa County is offering benefits-eligible employees up to a $720 reduction in medical insurance premiums. Employees must participate in the two screenings and Health Assessment to receive the savings.
