Emissions Inventory Workshop

The Emissions Inventory Unit will hold a workshop (for 2013 emissions survey recipients) to discuss emissions reporting requirements and to provide assistance in completing the necessary survey forms.

*All visitors to the MCAQD office located at 1001 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ will need to check-in at the reception area in suite 125. then you may proceed to the 9th floor classroom.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, Rules Incorporated by Reference 2011-13

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed amendments to the Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations as described below. Following the public hearing, the Board of Supervisors is requested to adopt the proposed amendments.

AQ-2013-004-Incorporation by Reference 2011-2013: The Maricopa County Air Quality Department (department) is proposing to incorporate by reference various federal regulations and documents promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and published in the Federal Register. The proposed rule amendments include incorporating by reference federal actions relating to New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), Acid Rain and other parts of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and updating the incorporation by reference date from July 1, 2011, to July 1, 2013, in each of the rules and appendix to remain current with federal regulations. The adoption of the proposed amendments to Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations Rules 321, 360, 370, 371 and Appendix G is necessary prior to requesting the EPA’s delegation of authority to the department for the implementation and enforcement of the federal regulations and documents.
