For TRP Employers with an intranet web server, an intranet e-survey (ASPX) version of the Annual Survey is available for use within that system. If an Employer wants to use the intranet version of the survey, they will be required to place the e-survey on their intranet.  The program automatically captures and saves the survey data. The e-survey data is stored in a CSV file and placed in a web folder. That CSV file is then sent to the Trip Reduction Program for processing once all the data has been collected.

Utilizing the intranet survey is usually a team effort between a company's LAN administrators, web server administrators, electronic security, web programmers and the transportation coordinator.
