The department actively solicits the involvement of all interested parties throughout the rule development process, and encourages your participation by holding public workshops, oral proceedings, and public hearings. For detailed information on individual rule-related activities, select one of the links below for a listing of recent and planned rulemaking-related events, meetings, and documents. For each event listed, you can download event materials and view detailed information regarding any particular event by clicking on the event's name (in the EVENT column).
