All permit reports including Permit Applications Received, Public Noticed Permits, and Permits Issued are updated on the first Monday of every week with the exception of County recognized holidays.
The applications and proposed permits may be reviewed between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM
during normal business days by contacting the Records Management Coordinator at 602-506-6201, or at the Department's address listed below.

There is a twenty-five cent (25¢) fee for standard black & white copying.

Central, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85004 or by phone at 602-506-6094In accordance with §49-426 and §49-480 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS), any person may submit to the Permitting Division Manager at 1001 N. Central, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85004, written comments and/or a written request for a public hearing on the proposed permits within 30 days after the first date of publication. Any written comment shall state the name and mailing address of the person, shall be signed by the person, his agent, or his attorney and shall clearly set forth reasons why the permit should or should not be issued. Grounds for comment are limited to whether the proposed permit meets the criteria for issuance as prescribed in ARS §49-426, §49-480, or §49-481.
