| Interested in archery? Curious as to how it feels to shoot a compound or recurve bow? Sign up for this fun “Archery 101" program. Participants experience a fun and safe basic introduction to recreational and international-style target archery. Equipment is provided. This archery program is open to anyone ages 8 and older. Please bring water and wear closed-toe shoes. ******Advanced registration is required. Limited to 20 participants. Please contact Ranger Sarah at 623-465-0431x202 to register. | Mother’s Day Hike - Saguaro Blossoms for Mom - Usery Park |

| Moms love flowers (especially on Mother’s Day!), so take your mom up the Wind Cave Trail to view the beautiful saguaro blossoms along the way. Halfway up the trail, Ranger B will be at “the stairs” to give a junior ranger badge to each kid who hikes with their mom up to that point. Moms will get a free bracelet. The stairs are located less than a mile up the Wind Cave Trail, with an elevation gain of about 400 feet. Please bring water, hats, and closed-toe shoes. |
