Please bring your annual pass to class for verification. Please check the website for any cancellations.
What to bring-
• Water
• Yoga mat
• Towel and or props you may need. A blanket, strap and yoga block is recommended for stiff joints and tight muscles.
Please consider the following-
• If it is your 1st time to attend a class, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out waiver form and discuss any limitations with instructor.
• Check/Sign in on the class roster
• We don't accept credit cards so PLEASE BRING CASH/CHECK. Check is to made out to Candace Jordan.
• Please have exact change if paying cash at the door
• Please refrain from wearing perfume when coming to class
• Wear comfortable sports/yoga apparel
• Please turn off cell phones and PDA’s while class is in session- vibrate is not considered silent.
• Inform the instructor if you are pregnant or if you have any medical issues that may prevent you from doing some asanas (yoga poses) before the class start
