| "Tails on Trails" - Dog Fitness Hike (Beginners Level) - Usery Park |

| Fit dogs are happier, healthier, and display fewer behavioral problems. Tails on Trails will provide the opportunity to meet other dog hikers, learn safe hiking practices and dog trail etiquette. The fun, 1-mile hike along the level Merkle Trail is great for beginner hiker dogs. Please bring a short non-extendable leash, a small cleanup bag, and water for you and your dog. One dog per hiker, please. After completing this hike, you and your dog will be ready for our “Experienced Level” Dog Fitness Hike! Location: Area 6. |

| DAM GOOD RUN / WALK / HIKE EVENT - Lake Pleasant |

| Save this morning for a fun healthy event! This day is the only day of the year you can cross over the Waddell Dam at Lake Pleasant. Registration is coming soon, and will be posted sometime in February. There will again be a 2 mile "Dam Fun" road course (does not go on dam, but strollers are allowed on this course only), a 4 mile "Dam Challenging" course (crosses over the dam twice, and has a steep hill and an off road portion), and the 8 mile "Dam Tough" course that crosses over the dam and has many miles of diverse trails with steep hills. This year we may be adding an all-access course as well. So stay tuned and start training for the Lake Pleasant Dam Good Run / Walk / Hike / and possibly Roll event! |
