| This 1-mile hike is designed for parents and grandparents with small children, ages 3 - 6 years old. Along with Miss Lynn, the kids will howl like coyotes, do the “bobcat crawl” and learn how to hydrate by counting gulps of water on their fingers. We will explore the desert along the scenic Merkle Trail. The hard-smooth surface of this trail will accommodate wheelchairs and strollers. Please bring water, hats, and closed-toe shoes. Location: Area 6. |

It’s amazing what you can capture with the camera you are already carrying around in your pocket. Learn how to make the most of your megapixels with just a few lessons in composition and style. And what better setting to learn photographic technique than in a beautiful natural park setting! Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress appropriately, and bring a smartphone with photo-taking abilities and the photo application(s) of your choice for this hands-on workshop.
