This third walk will be the Dragonfly/Spur Cross loop for a total of about 3.5 miles. Participants need not be tri-athletes, just ordinary folks who would like to add diversity to their existing walking program. Wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of water. |

| Explore systems of the human body to learn how we function. Complete activities to better understand the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, nervous, and skeletal systems. Recommended for ages 6-10, accompanied by an adult. NOTE: Pre-registration is required through the Arizona Science Center. Arizona Science Center members: $15 for the first parent and child and $5 for each additional child. Non-members: $20 for the first parent and child and $5 for each additional child. Join bird expert, Sandy Hornbaker, for this introduction to bird watching as she guides you on a quarter-mile stroll along our Desert Hawk Trail. Bring binoculars if you have them, otherwise, Sandy has some to loan. Please bring water and closed-toe shoes. Location: Nature Center. |

| Step back in time on a walk down one of the few accessible desert washes in the Park. This will be a study in archeology and primitive habitats. This hike is difficult in that it is off trail in an area with very unstable footing. This hike is not recommended for young children or those with physical limitations. No dogs please.
