Software and Technical Support for School Districts

When you use the Email Support link above, a message will be sent directly to our help desk system. You will receive a confirmation email back indicating that a new ticket was created for you, and informing you of the ticket number assigned. Please include your name in the body of the email. This will help us identify you in case your email was missing in our help system. Please use the link above for new issues only. You can even include attachments!

By using the Support Self Servies link above, you are now able to enter your own ticket into our help desk system. When prompted, use your Citrix user id, and the default password is "Visions". You should change your password by clicking on the Client Information, once you log in.

As always with any new system or procedure, if you do not receive a call back in a timely manner, please call the help desk line at 602-372-4833, and reference the ticket number that was assigned. Thank you!

Please be aware that Off-Cycle payroll submitted for printing on the first Business Day of the week will be delayed due to normal Payroll Check Printing

EASE Users Group

The districts who have implemented the Visions Enterprise Edition have organized a Users Group for the purposes of sharing information and helping each other. We guarantee that you will learn something!

Training

Full day training sessions are provided monthly by Maricopa County Superintendent's Office staff to all School Districts in Maricopa County. Topics include training on the software applications, refresher courses, policies and procedures, technology, and tips and techniques. The training sessions offer a great opportunity to network with your peers and gain valuable information, whether you are new to the school district financial environment or someone who has been a part of the many changes over the years in the area of school finance and technology.
