Documentation
In order to provide a helping hand to the various school
districts around Maricopa County we try to maintain documentation for common tasks
relating to Infinite Visions. These documents are created by either Windsor Management,
School Districts, or they are created in house. While documentation for other topics is available
upon request, we have posted the most common ones here. We try to keep this documentation as
accurate and up-to-date as possible, so please notify us if you come across something
that needs correction. Thank you!
Important information about E-Verify
AASBO has provided the following information:
School districts are required to use the E-Verify (formerly known as the Basic Pilot Program)
effective January 1, 2008, to verify the employment authorization status of all newly hired employees.
If your school district is a member of the ASBA Policy Advisory Program, you may want to refer
to Policy Advisories No. 297 and No. 298 to obtain additional information on the employment
verification process. If you want more information about the law that passed last legislative
session setting up these requirements (HB 2779 - Chapter 279), a summary is available
here.
School Districts can register for E-Verify
here. You
will need information such as your Federal Tax ID number and number of employees in order to register.
Documentation on how to use the E-Verify system once you are registered can be found
here.

Info-Link Reports
Below you'll find several sample reports for Info-Link that were given
out as part of a class we organized. Because Info-Link supports the importing and exporting of reports
we can make these available for download and use at your district. Those districts that use Info-Link
realize how versatile and useful this tool can be. If your district uses Infinite Visions Enterprise
Edition and is interested in purchasing a license to use Info-Link, contact
Windsor Management.
