Welcome to the Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools Accounts Payable Web page. Maricopa County processed over 120,000 accounts payable warrants last year. In order for our office to release warrants we must verify cash and budget balances. We also verify Governing Board approval of expenditures. The goal of the County Accounts Payable technician is to expedite the processing and distribution of expense payments by all means possible. Reminder to Schools: Expense warrants are available after 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday.
