The
Maricopa County Risk Management Department adopted an "Employee of
the Quarter" program to recognize staff members who have risen above
the standard requirements of their specific duties and whose work has
provided an improvement of the Department's appearance, abilities, and/or
efficiencies. Division managers nominate employees to the Risk Manager
who makes the final selection based on the information provided by the
nominating person.
