	This spreadsheet is used to show the injury incident rate result and output measures for each department for the Administrative Services Program - Risk Management Activity. The result measure shows the percent reduction or increase in injury incident rate for the quarter compared to a three-year quarterly average rate. The output measure shows the actual injury incident rate for the quarter.
	This spreadsheet is used to show the claims result and output measures for each department for the Administrative Services Program - Risk Management Activity. The result measure shows the percent reduction or increase in claims opened in the quarter compared to a three-year quarterly average. The output measure shows the actual number of claims opened in the quarter.
