Childhood Immunizations /
Community Health Nursing
We are public health nurses and staff who are working to enhance the health of the people in Maricopa County through education and service!
We deliver childhood immunization services in your community, conduct daily disease surveillance and provide education and training to healthcare providers, teachers and day care workers all in support of the public health mission. We are in service to you, our community, to promote, preserve and protect the health of the people and communities of Maricopa County!
We partner and collaborate with several community agencies and organizations to bring you these services.
The purpose of Childhood Immunizations is to provide immunizations to children 0 through 18 and education to parents, guardians, and day care and school staff to reduce/eliminate the transmission of vaccine preventable diseases.
