Clinical Services Overview
Maricopa County Department of Public Health, Clinical Services is located at 1645 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006 and offers immunizations or vaccines against Hepatitis A and B viruses (there is no vaccine developed for Hepatitis C). Maricopa County Department of Public Health, Clinical Services does not offer testing of Hepatitis A and B to patients. If you visit our clinic for HIV testing and express concern or risky behaviors and/or have a HIV positive test result you will be tested for hepatitis C. You can also be tested for Hepatitis C at Terros, Inc by contacting (602) 685-6000.

Adult Immunization (AI) Walk-In Clinic every Wednesday & Thursday afternoon 1-4 p.m. and by Appointment.
Please note there is a consultation fee per patient visit.
