The Planning Council welcomes and encourages you to participate at our meetings. If youd like to receive email reminders of our meetings and other important Planning Council information, please email Planning Council Support with a request to be placed on our email distribution list.

All Planning Council meetings are open to the public. The agenda for each meeting will be available at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting at McDowell Healthcare Center, 1144 East McDowell Road, Suite 300, Phoenix.

Meeting locations vary depending on space availability. Please call Planning Council Support at 602.506.6321 for the location of the meeting you wish to attend.

Meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled, and additional meetings may be scheduled depending on the needs of the Council. Please contact Planning Council Support for a current meeting schedule.

Persons with a disability may request reasonable accommodation to attend any Planning Council meeting. Translation services can also be requested. Please contact Planning Council Support at 602.506.6321 at least 48 hours prior to any meeting to make these arrangements.
