The Retailer Education Program focuses on informing retailers of the consequences of selling or providing tobacco products to minors. We work with retailers to educate their employees on requesting identification, recognizing false or altered identification cards and understanding Arizona state laws regarding tobacco sales to minors. This program can be implemented as part of a retailer’s employee training or as supplemental training for retailers who have been cited.
