Information Meeting 
For people working with youth about physical activity and the role it plays in preventing Cardiovascular Disease. Also provides an overview of the Promoting Lifetime Activity for Youth program and how it works with elementary students to increase physical activity levels.

Parent Newsletter (English) 
This is a newsletter for parents informing them about Promoting Lifetime Activity for Youth program, explaining the benefits of physical activity, suggesting ways for families to stay physical active, and providing parents with a Parent Physical Activity Log Sheet.
Physical Activity Brochure (English) 
This brochure contains helpful eating and physical activity tips for parents and children.
Physical Activity Log Sheet 
This is a form for students to record their physical activities during the 12 week program. Their goal is to be physically active for at least 60 minutes, at least 5 of the 7 days of the week. Students who meet this goal and turn in their signed log sheet are eligible to recieve the President's Active Lifestyle Award.
Game Book 
This booklet provides teachers with classroom management techniques for physical activity (indoor/outdoor games) and instructions for fun physical activities (indoor/outdoor games).
Wall Chart 
This is tracking tool for students to record their weekly progress. At the beginning of each week students will stamp the wall chart as they meet their goals as recorded on their "My Physical Activity Log" sheet.

Este folleto contiene comer provechoso y la actividad física inclina para los padres y los niños.
Parent Newsletter (Español) 
Esto es un boletín de noticias para los padres que les informan que sobre promover la actividad del curso de la vida para el programa de la juventud, explicando las ventajas de la actividad física, sugiriendo las maneras para las familias de permanecer activo físico, y proveiendo de padres un registro de actividad físico del padre cubra.
Teacher Participation Form 
This form is completed by teachers and assists in maintaining a record of classrooms participating in the Promoting Lifetime Activity for Youth program.
