Our Healthy Start project is proud to have developed a local consortium composed of our participants, neighborhood residents, healthcare providers, social service and public health agencies, faith-based representatives and members of our local business community. Our community partners:

• Guide the design and implementation of our Healthy Start project
• Play an important role in increasing community awareness of infant mortality issues
• Suggest interventions that will be effective in our community
• Promote healthy lifestyle behaviors attributed to positive birth outcomes throughout our community
