Ashley Barinka was born and raised in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Currently, Ashley works as a health educator with the First Things First funded KISS program at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. She is certified as a Child Passenger Safety Instructor (CPSI) and conducts the CPST trainings, CEU classes, parent education sessions and coordinates car seat check and distribution events for the KISS program. Previous to her position with the KISS program, she worked in Maricopa County's Safe Routes to School Program, which has activities in various Phoenix elementary schools to encourage and educate students and parents to walk and ride bikes to school safely. Ashley earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University and holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.

Reginald Williams was born and raised in Winslow, Arizona. Reggie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences, with an emphasis in Community Education, and minor in Biology from Northern Arizona University. Reggie is duel-granted and works for both the Kids and Infants Seated Safely program and the Safety, Nutrition, Activity, and Care for Kids (SNACK) Program. Reggie is a certified Child Passenger Safety Instructor and trains childcare staff to become child passenger safety technicians. He works alongside Siman, Ashley, and Monica to promote the use of car seats in children ages 0-5 years, educate community members on how to install car seats, and how to promote child restraints to parents until their child can properly use a seat belt.
