Fee Calculator
Planning and Development Fees are structured to recover the cost of services provided. Building permit fees are calculated based on a wide variety of factors, including all elements of the site plan submitted. Accordingly, it is difficult to assess the exact fee until such time as the initial submittal is reviewed. However, fee structures contained within the Local Addition & Addenda will provide a guide to estimate these costs.The fee schedule is current as of October 5, 2007.
