Special / Compliance Inspection
The value and safety of your structure rely heavily on obtaining the appropriate inspections.
A Special Inspection may be required by the Planning & Development Department. This is a third party contract and
certificate as per Section 1704.1, of the International Building Code, which requires the owner or agent to employ
a Special Inspector to be present at all times during the construction.
