| Replacement Tag |
Licenses that are renewed and require a Replacement Tag will incur the standard license fee in addition to the Replacement Tag fee.
Lost or worn tags that need to be replaced within any current licensing period will receive new tag numbers at the Replacement Tag fee.
Tags not reported as not received within 30 days of licensure will be considered lost and the Replacement Tag fee will apply. |

| Transfer of Ownership |
If you receive a dog with his/her Maricopa County tags and current license from a previous owner, you must report it to us, in writing with a signature (download form) or visit one of our facilities, to qualify for the reduced Transfer of Ownership fee. |
