This man was found near a residence in the area of 20th Avenue and Jefferson Street in Phoenix. He was a transient and friends new him as Victor. A hospital release form for a man named Victor Gonzalez, date of birth 10-22-69, was found in his pocket, but police were not able to confirm that this man's name is Victor Gonzalez. He died of substance abuse.

Description

He is Hispanic and is 5' 3" tall and 132 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and a brown beard and moustache. He has several tattoos, including one on his chest that appears to say "Eva", a female figure with roses on one arm and a skull on the other arm. He was wearing jeans, a green tee shirt, brown boots, and a blue hat.
