Circumstances

This man was found deceased in an apartment at 28th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix. He had been deceased for approximately one week. Four other people had been living there but they all left the apartment after the death and never returned.

Description

He is Hispanic and is between 5' 9" and 5' 11" tall. He had straight brown hair. Dental restorations were present. He had several tattoos, including the names Nelly and Lupita on his arms and possibly an angel on his chest.

His dental x-rays are available. The DNA was able to be entered into the state CODIS database but not the national CODIS database.
