The County Fraud Hotline, (602) 506-7581, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please leave a message, giving as much detail as possible to help us address your concerns. No action may be taken for issues reported that do not fall within the jurisdiction of Maricopa County Government, and/or do not contain sufficient, actionable information. Include information such as:
- Date, time, and location of activity;
- Agency Name;
- Employee/Vendor names; and
- Description of the activities.
