The Maricopa County Green Government Program (GGP) has been designed to steer the County towards a more sustainable way to conduct business and strengthen community internally. Additionally, many of the GGP actions and measurements will help improve environmental conditions that affect the residents of Maricopa County as well. The GGP also fosters vital partnerships with the business community that will help strengthen regional sustainability goals. The GGP has identified specific measures that are being implemented to help build community partnerships towards regional sustainability.
