The Operations and Maintenance Division was completely restructured last year. Through the combined efforts of independent consultants and FMD personnel a 2-year implementation plan was initiated during fiscal year 04/05. The plan required a substantial reorganization of personnel and resources to realign our business to meet our customers’ needs. The Division has transformed itself from the fix-it-when-broken operation to proactive, customer focused regional maintenance teams. Below is the org. chart of the Division as it is today and a brief description of the functions that each section provides.
