Application submitted to obtain approval to connect a new or reconnect an existing drinking water source, such as a ground water well or a water treatment plant, to a Public Water System. Packet includes the application/instruction form.

Approval To Construct / Approval Of Construction Applications

Application forms submitted to obtain Approval To Construct or Approval Of Construction for water distribution system pipelines, pressure reducing valve stations, ground water wells, storage tanks, booster pump stations, ground water production facilities and other water system infrastructure can be downloaded from the Forms/Applications page of the Subdivision, Infrastructure and Planning Program.
