Request an Inspection

This site is set up for customers to request inspections on Environmental Health permits they have applied for. Permits are separated into three categories:

  1. Plan Review - Newly constructed businesses. This includes tenant improvement projects.

    Inspection types

    1. Plumbing: 20% completion - Rough plumbing
    2. Equipment: 75% completion - Equipment installation
    3. Final Construction: 100% completion
      • Hot water must be present at all fixtures
      • All refrigeration must be holding appropriate temperatures (Food Service Only)

  2. Remodel - Existing businesses that have made changes/alterations. This includes Outdoor Cooking submittals.

    Inspection types

    1. Construction: 50% completion – Preliminary walk-through
    2. Final Construction: 100% completion
      • Hot water must be present at all fixtures
      • All refrigeration must be holding appropriate temperatures (Food Service Only)

  3. New Owner - Existing businesses that have changed ownership. This includes new business owners sharing space with an existing permitted establishment.

    1. Re-Inspection: Follow up to verify applicable corrections have been made
