Business Operations
The Business Operations Division provides administrative support for each Division in the
Environmental Services Department, which includes the following responsibilities:
- Issuance of all environmental permits
- Collections
- Records Management
- Policy and procedure development
- Board of Supervisors agenda process.
Additionally, the Division provides for the enforcement of the Environmental Health Code
through the following methods of legal action:
- A Permit Revocation may be initiated against a facility /establishment for non-payment of Environmental Permits.
