The Notice of Inspection Rights is listed in A.R.S. §11-1603. If §11-1603 applies, a person has these rights for an inspection conducted by a County inspector.

The Department inspector is required to provide Notice of Inspection Rights upon entry of any premises of a regulated person for the purpose of conducting an inspection and receive a signature acknowledging that you received the Notice. You have the option to decline to sign.
