The Maricopa County Air Pollution Hearing Board will meet at the offices of Jorden Bischoff & Hiser, PLC, 7272 E. Indian School Road, Suite 360, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. The Board’s agenda is as follows:
1:00 p.m. Meet in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. section 38-431.03.A.3 for the purpose of consultation with the Board’s attorney on the appeal of Fisher Industries, Inc. and the procedure for handling administrative record in appeals from the Maricopa County Air Quality Department.
2:00 p.m. Deliberations and possible Decision in the Matter of:
