The picture above includes a current class of Maricopa County
employees attending the Executive Development Leadership Courses offered by the
SD&T office. This management development program includes a wide range of topics
to prepare our managers for tomorrows opportunities. For this particular day, Miss
Asia Arizona spoke to the class about Asian customs and the culture of our growing
Asian population in Maricopa County. Don Colvin, Manager SD&T and Mary Lee Madison,
Trainer also present on topics including Valuing Diversity and other management
competencies. |
