The African American
Knowledge Network is interested in making a positive impact in the
lives of individuals and the community by providing a forum for networking and developing
positive mentor relationships that will create successful life opportunities.

The Maricopa County Hispanic Network is an employee resource group that is open to all Maricopa
County employees. MCHN supports networking, continuing education, career development,
social activities and community outreach.

and Affinity groups are one way people can come together to further personal and
professional development, promote diversity, meet new people, and network. They
are groups whose members share a common interest, such as race, gender, or cultural
identity.
2005 Annual Diversity Report
The Office of Diversity is pleased to announce the release
of its first Annual Report on Diversity. In May 2004, we launched a County-wide
Diversity Program of nine initiatives for departments to embrace diversity as an
integral and evolving part of our County culture.
