Correctional Health Services : Liaisons
A Clinical Liaison message phone line is available. Members of the public may leave messages about health care concerns of someone currently incarcerated. For example, if a loved one is arrested and placed in Maricopa County jail and you are concerned that no one knows the patient is diabetic, the Clinical Liaison phone line would be the place to call. That number is 602-876-7110.
This message line is monitored M-F 8am - 5pm. Clinical staff where the patient is housed will receive the information promptly. Also, as noted on the greeting, someone may return the call if additional information is needed.
CHS Legal Liaison provides direction to attorneys, mental health court and those in need of medical records. To reach the legal liaison, please call 602-506-2831.
