Terri Mulholland | Press Secretary
Terri Mulholland has served Maricopa County in management, professional, and executive positions for over 30 years. Currently, she serves as the Maricopa County Press Secretary where her duties include writing and editing publications including press releases, columns, brochures, flyers, speeches and scripts for the board of supervisors and county management. She is also responsible for planning and supervising groundbreakings, dedication ceremonies, national and local conferences, and other special events.
Terri Mulholland has spent her career working as a communications specialist for a number of county departments and programs. Prior to her current position she served 15 years as Maricopa County Public Information Director, Public Information Officer for the Maricopa County Limited Jurisdiction Courts, Employer Services Representative for the Human Services Department and Special Projects Coordinator for the County Manager where she assisted in the planning and coordination of the National Association of Counties’ National Convention. More than 3,200 County Officials from throughout the nation attended this conference.
Mulholland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, and attended advanced degree classes from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology.
She has received numerous awards from the National Association of Counties Public Information Officers and the Public Relations Society of America.
Mulholland is married and has two children.
