Employee Compensation is a division of the General Government Department within the County's Office of Management and Budget. The Employee Compensation Division is responsible for administering the County's Employee Compensation Plan to ensure equitable and competitive compensation to attract and retain employees. The County's compensation strategy is market-based and all jobs are grouped into market range titles which typically include positions varying from entry level through senior/lead level. We do not have "classifications" in the same sense as most public sector organizations. Please refer to the Glossary below for more information on the County's compensation structure.
