To: All Participants in the Accelerated Parcel Numbering Program
Subject: January 1, 2005 - Changes to the Accelerated Parcel Numbering Program

Dear Accelerated Parcel Numbering Program Participants:

In an ongoing effort to improve the efficiency of our service, we have had to initiate some minor changes in our Accelerated Parcel Numbering Program. These changes have been planned to enhance the Assessor's Office abilities to process both requested subdivision plats and land split/combines, and the continued delivery of Assessor Parcel Number (APNs). The most notable changes are that we will now provide the APNs within five (5) business days from the previous three days, and requirements regarding development master plans. All changes are contained within the attached Submittal Requirements and Guidelines ( for Subdivisions, and for Splits ), and the Request Form itself. Although we have been able to keep pace with your requests, we are always looking to improve both our processes and service. We appreciate your cooperation and continued support.

We will implement our revised service on January 1, 2005. We ask that you please distribute this letter and enclosed information to all personnel within your office that may be involved in the Accelerated Parcel Numbering Program. Should you need additional copies or an electronic version, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

We are encouraged by the positive response we continue to receive regarding this program. In an effort to ensure this program's sustained success and provide even better service, we encourage you to continue your valuable cooperation and partnering with the Assessor's Office. It is our goal to provide you with parcel numbers as quickly as possible so that the community may be served as efficiently as possible.

Should you have any questions please direct them to me, Russ Heisinger at (602) 372-1627.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Russell Heisinger, GIS Manager
