Steve Hamman directs the Information Services Division. Steve has over 20 years experience in the information technology field in both the private and public sectors. He previously served as the network operations manager for the Assessor’s office from 1997 to 2007. During that time, he was instrumental in the migration from Netware to an Active Directory Environment and the Assessor's Y2K preparedness. In addition, Steve serves on several county-wide IT committees including the IT Governance Board, and the PC/LAN Managers Community of Interest. Prior to joining the Assessor's office, Steve was an IS Manager for a structured network cabling company and a computer training company.

Steve is an Arizona native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He and his wife Julie have one daughter and live in Glendale. In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling, golf and spending time with his family.
