| Joe Propati started with the
Maricopa County Assessor’s Office in 1979 as a field appraiser.
He has held various positions over the years including residential
manager, real property co-manager, quality assurance manager and
most recently as Chief Appraiser. He has an Arizona Real Estate
License, has been a member of the International Association of
Assessing Officers for over 20 years and holds an Arizona Department
of Revenue Level II Appraisal certificate.
Joe attended grade school and high school in
the Phoenix area and graduated from Glendale Community College
in 1984. He has coached Little League, served as school board
president of Bourgade Catholic High School and has volunteered
with Habitat for Humanity. He and his wife Karen have three children
and two grandchildren.
