  1. Certified Food Manager Card

    The Certified Food Protection Manager Card is valid for a period of five years as of the time testing was completed.

  2. Food Service Worker Fee Waiver

    The Environmental Service Department issues fee waived Food Employee certificates to volunteers of eligible non-profit organizations or students in a culinary arts program.

  3. Food Service Worker Training

    The person in charge at the food establishment is responsible for ensuring food employees are properly trained.

  4. Limited Use Certificate

    The Limited Use Food Employee Certificate process provides the opportunity for those with a disability to obtain a Limited Use Certificate in order to perform specific determined tasks of low public health risk while working under the direct supervision of the establishment’s Certified Food Protection Manager.
