All county food-related establishments have the opportunity to partner with Maricopa County in implementing a proactive approach to reducing foodborne illness risk factors.
Come and learn with us and receive assistance in setting up your policies, as well as new ideas to help you effectively train your staff. 
 
Each food establishment that partners with Environmental Services to set up policies in controlling foodborne illness risk factors can apply for Cutting Edge status.
